The Firm's Better Body and Buns!

Better Body and Buns a good 45 min Sculpting workout that was originally released 1997.  This is one of the few that I did not get on DVD when the late Anna Benson remastered them and put them on DVD because it is not one of my favorites. This workout is lead by three instructors: Jen Peluso, Taber Bruner, and Jen Carman.  I like Jen Carman in this workout but find the other two a bit annoying. It is a good workout though.  You will need a tall step, light to heavy weights, ankle weights and a dowel stick.  I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Hi/Lo Dome Challenge!

Hi/Lo Dome Challenge is an fun 68 min hi/low plus an Bosu (a step can be used if you don't have a Bosu) toning workout.  This is my favorite of Amy's hi-lo workouts.  Some times when I have enough energy I will do the hi-low part twice.  Amy leads you through an fun hi-low section doing 4 combo's and 4 intervals in-between each combo. Then Amy leads you through a good toning section using the step or a bosu.  I am not a fan of the toning section so I mainly do the Hi/Lo section.  I give this workout 4 out of 5 stars.

The Firm's Tough Tape!

Tough Tape is a great 42 min all sculpting workout lead by Tracie Long.  This workout a originally released on VHS in 1993 by the late Anna Benson. When I got into working out in 2002 using the Firm workouts I avoided the Older Firms for a couple of years until I was talked into trying one of them.  This is one of my favorite older Firms and I was glad that Anna was able to get this onto DVD before she passed away last year.  This workout was made from the sculpting sections from the Tortoise and the Hare workouts and in my opinion is better than the two original workouts.  Lots of leg presses in this workout.  You will need a tall step, light to heavy weights and ankle weights.  I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

CIA 2505: KickBox Boot Camp!

CIA 2505: Kick Box Boot Camp is a 57 min cardio/sculpt workout lead by Kimberly Spreen. Equipment  needed: a step, light weight a heavy weight bar and a light weighted bar.  Kimberly packs a lot into this workout. You do cardio kickboxing, to sports drills using the step, back to kickboxing with the light weights, to body strikes with the light body bar, to back and leg sculpting with the heavy body bar and finally core and a stretch. Kimberly was the one that got me into liking kickboxing. I give this workout 3 1/2 out of 5 stars because there was not very many kicks in this workout.

Hi/Lo Xtreme!

Before my flood I did do Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Extreme a 64 cardio workout!  Love this workout.  I am not a fan of Hi/Low by Amy makes it fun and doable.  There are 4 cardio combo's with intense intervals in-between. Amy picks the best music out there.  I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Behind again on my workouts and reviews.

Looks like I have gotten behind on doing my reviews.  I had not been working out as much as I wanted too,  I had a flood in my basement luckily it did not get into my workout room but unfortunately that's were I had to put my stuff.
