This is one of the better all AB workouts I have. I am still not of a fan of all core workouts and think they should just tack the ab workout on with the main workout as a separate chapter. I have only done this one twice but did like it. Personally you get enough ab work done in the other Fire workouts so I don't see the point of adding this on. I give it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
