Get Extremely Ripped workout 1!

Get Extremely Ripped has two 30 min advanced sculpting workouts that can be combined for a 60 minute workout and is lead by Jari Love. This workout is full of compound (multi-joint) exercise that I like.

Jari's form is not very good on some of the exercises and did find her somewhat annoying in this one.  I give this one 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
